No service at all ticket closed

I have scheduled 3 tech visits. Visit 1, Verizon cancels, stating "service restored."  Yeah, for 2 hours.  2nd visit, tech shows up, states everything is fine, just a few loose wires. We mention that box is not beeping when unplugged, told, "the boxes never go bad."  Leaves, 6 hours later, no service. Now I cant get anyone here until Tuesday, I called early Sunday morning, and I still have no internet, phone or cable. I did get an email stating that the ticket was closed, everything is fine.  This is horrible service.  I am being billed for no service.
