No sound on live tv hdmi but have sound with netflix

Hello! Our tv was working fine this afternoon but later in the night we turned it on and it had no volume. It's strange because we have volume on Netflix so it's not our tv. HELP!!!

How does stb connect to TV?

In additon it might be the choice in audio options of Dolby vs L-PCM.  In many boxes this is in the hidden menus.
