New fios boxes installed by technicians -internet working but tv not showing channels? Pressing ONT reset button will fix it?
First try powercycling the router. If that doesnt work check all coax connections from the ONT to the splitter, splitter to router and coax going to the boxes. You can also try powercycling the ONT.
Thanks for your reply. It turned out to be a faulty box. The technician replaced it with a new box.
