Want Fios TV in a room that isn't wired for coax or Ethernet. The G1100 is two floors down from the room. That's why I have a MESH system.
Spoke with a representative and was informed that a Fios One and Fios One mini would do what I wanted it to, but will have to change plans and which included the GR1100 being replaced. I specially asked if would currently work on my MESH system and they stated it would.
Received the IPC4100 (Fios One Mini) and VMS4100 (Fios One) installed them and set them up without issues on the G1100. Switched over to the CR1000A and now the One MINI can't find network, tried removing it from the VMS and a few other things.
Why can't I select the network to connect to. How do I do a factory "RESET" because the unpair remote, unplug the power to mini, power back mini, "Ok, OK," "Menu", "0", "OK" doesn't work for me.
This automatic connection without having a way to select a network wasn't a smart move. I understand you want to make it stream line and easy, but it's been far from easy.
Can't get Diagnostic page up on the ONE Mini, but can on the ONE, but there isn't a "network" connection options.
One Mini just shows "VERIZON PLEASE WAIT" (sits as this screen from anywhere 15 minutes to 1/2 hr) and can't power off unless I unplug it.

Look here to see how to reset the mini, and how to set the mini to see your mesh network instead of the hidden SSID the Fios router provides:
