Order status!!!

We ordered a replacement Fios remote conrol on 10/31/2016 and it has still not arrived.  I have been on this website over an hour trying to figure out how to contact someone about this....the virtual agent was out of service, the phone line had a 19 minute wait time, there are NO OTHER OPTIONS TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS WEBSITE.

And this is also not a good way to make contact.

You're almost exclusively talking to peers here.

There are links that should take you to repairs and to orders.

e.g.

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell on-line the status of an order.  I have the order number, but there is no place to plug it in like there used to be.  You will have to call and wait and wait for someone to come on the line.  The service they provide is getting worse and worse.
