I have 3 new TV's and the remotes I got from Verizon with my Set Top Boxes will not control these TV's. Does Verizon offer upgrades or newer remotes?

I hope the OP reads the post and follows the setup. Probably called Verizon or just did not respond to the answer.
We found that the stabndard STD Def STB remote that we have had for 2 years just wasnt compatible witht the new HDTV while we were waiting for the new DVR STB to arrive. When we got the new DVR STB the reomote hooked right up using the search mode. The brand codes are not the best method always for whatever reason.
