Does anyone else have an issue with the remote? It takes forever to engage even with new batteries. Most times I have to shut the Cablebox off after trying to delete a program. Help!
Have you rebooted STB?
Do you see led flash over channel numbers when you hit a button?
Any chance signal is being partially blocked between remote and TV?
What model STB is it?
