Is there any chance that you could add WGBY (New England Cable Media) to the existing PBS channels? I love being able to receive Rhode Island PBS but it would be great to be able to have a western Massachusetts perspective, too.

Sometimes it is governed by where you live.
Channels have a certain area they cover and can't cover other areas.
