My Samsung 6300 Series UN55KV6300 Smart tv will not work with fios remote. Are there special Fios remotes for smart tv's?

What doesn't work?

FiOS remote typically allows power on/off and volume control for TV.

If you are looking for more advanced features like co trolling smart TV apps, their remote doesnt support it.
