On a windows 10 platform (Chrome or Explorer) silverlight plug in is not supported or recognized. I can't view my Fios movies or Watch Fios on the computer. I have downloaded silverlight and followed instructions but continually when I try to Watch Fios it tells me silverlight is NOT installed when it already is. Why is Verizon using Silverlight when this is clearly a problem?
