Fios hooked up to my Sharp Roku tv. Sound was cutting out intermently, called tech support and Adrianna walked me through a fix. Unplug HDMI from tv first, then from STB, then unplug power from STB, wait 2 minutes then reconnect.
On your remote, push the d button on the bottom for 10 seconds, go to users settings, audio setup, toggle over to L-PCM
ISSUE SOLVED!!
If would have been helpful if you stated whuch STB/DVR you are using.
Some models such as the cisco do not have the ability to set it to L-PCM.
