Stream TV isn't a DVR, right?

I'm looking for ways to save money on my monthly bill.

There's an upgrade fee to upgrade to the TV One, right?

I just happened to stumble upon Stream TV. It's an AppleTV, Roku, Nvidia Shield competitor! The Stream TV isn't a DVR, right? I suppose that there's no way it can become a DVR with additional hardware hooked up to it, right?

No it isn’t a DVR. It’s a streaming device like Apple TV and Roku. If you subscribe to YouTube TV however, they offer a cloud DVR.
