TV Not Turning Off with Fios One Remote

I have the problem of TV not turning off with Fios One remote.

CEC is ON, on both cable box and TV. 

Still get a standby screen saver.

Any suggestions?

Menu>settings>audio and video settings>Video>TV input control, toggle it to what ever isn't already on.
