For the last year I have had problems with FIOS. We have changed Boxes, we have changed to a new TV, we have had a person come home and change boxes, changed wires and the list goes on and on.
Now I have a code 11010 showing on the 2nd TV in the basement.
I am ready to change to a new provider.

And the problems: TV picture goes off, the picture and the sound goes off, the picture freezes. the screen goes blank saying there is no connection..

Does it happen on all boxes or just the one?
What boxes do you have?
If it is only the one, have you tried swapping boxes around to see if the problem stays with the box or location?
