No matter what program im watching on VOD, there is pixelation every 10-20 seconds. Not the full screen, but bars of pixelation across the top, middle, or bottom of the screen. This has been an ongoing problem since installation. Makes it very annoying to watch anything on VOD. Any suggestions?
