Voice to picture does not match

How can I get the voice to match the picture on my Verizon fios tv

Go to service menu: power off at box, ok 2x, left arrow, select user menu, additional HDMI options, adjust audio delay to a value like 150, power off. If it's better, great, if not keep adjusting value until you get sync. Value should have been auto to start.
