Are you trying to watch this from a STB or the Fios mobile app?
Silly question, but I assume you logged in to your Verizon account first?
And with an email id that is on your FIOS account?
Unfortunately you can only watch the limited number of channels available from the Fios website. There is no way to truly watch every channel that you pay for on a PC until Verizon decides to start supporting PCs for real.
