If yoyu have both FIOS and a Verizon wireless cell phone can you watch TV on your phone? I thought this was mentioned as a service when I signed up, but it looks like it only works when you are on your own wifi network or for a select few channels when you are not. Am I missing something? Or is this all that's offerred?

Channels you can watch are less outside the home vs inside.
And it works both on Verizon wireless (not supposed to count against data cap) or if you are on wifi somewhere else.
And if you have Quantum DVR, you can also watch recorded content via app.
