I just bought a 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 chip. It will natively run iOS apps. Can I download an app so that I can watch on my Mac what I've recorded on my home DVR?

You have to click on the My Stuff tab. Also the first time you connect a device you have to be on your home network to register the device.

In the link that you provided, I found 2 apps - Stream TV & Fios TV. Fios TV is the one that I want. It allows me to access my DVR from my Mac. I can't download the Fios TV app.
I bought the Mac so that I could watch on my Mac the TV shows on my DVR.
I wonder if I have to turn on the Mac's ability to run iOS apps.

You could also go here in a web browser to watch:

I clicked on the ">" on the mobile app, & I see, "Want to watch DVR content on your mobile device? To see your upgrade options, visit verizon.com/myverizon." I click on the link & go to a webpage about TV One!
Does that mean that I have to spend even more money just to watch shows recorded on my DVR?

I have the Motorola set-top box. Is that why I'm unable to watch the DVR shows on my smartphone? Do
I need to get the upgrade to the Motorola, I'm not sure of the name?

I don't believe the old Motorola boxes were capable of using the Fios app to stream. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you need the new Fios One boxes to do what you want to do.

Maybe that's been my problem! To which device do you refer that must be registered?

Any device that is going to be used to stream, like a Roku, tablet, Apple TV, etc has to be registered in the home network to work. Once registered the device can be used anywhere with WiFi. I believe there is a 2 device limit on the basic plan, and you may have to upgrade to use more devices, but I could be wrong. If the limit is 2 devices, you have to un-register a device to add another.

I think that maybe I've found the answer to my original question!
I live in an apartment. I have a Motorola DVR in the living room & a non-DVR Motorola in the utility room, AKA the computer room.
I have an Android smartphone. I open the Fios TV Mobile app. I tap on the hamburger in the upper-left. I tap on My Stuff. I tap on an episode on the DVR that I want to see. Then I see, "Want to watch DVR content on your mobile device? To see your upgrade options, visit verizon.com/myverizon.". I tap on "Learn More" & I see Fios TV One.
Does Verizon still support the Motorola set-top boxes? I have 2 Actiontec routers & I found out that Verizon no longer supports the Actiontec routers. So, both routers belong to me. Do both Motorola set-top boxes also belong to me?
I found out online that one cannot transfer DVR recordings to the TV One. So, I'll need to binge watch the stuff that I've recorded.
No clock or channel display!
I think that the monthly cost is still the same excluding the $50 upgrade fee. I'm paying $12 for each of the set-top boxes & $12 for the DVR service($36 total).
I recently bought a 2022 MacBook Air that natively runs iOS & iPad apps. I'd love to be able to watch the DVR shows on my laptop!
So, I think that I've solved my problem. Upgrade to the TV One & then stream the DVR recordings to my laptop. I'll have to call sales & ask questions.
