I'm having problems watching On Demand HBO series episodes. Sometimes it's fine and other times we get bars of pixelation across the screen and the audio cuts out. Sometimes it is unwatchable and the only thing we can do is unplug the set top box and try again. Sometimes that works and sometimes it makes no difference. It's getting very frustrating that it keeps happening, and only apparently with HBO On Demand. All of our other channels work fine.
Does it happen on all STBs?
Have you tried checking coax connections?
Start at ONT and verify they are all tight.
