Where can I see a summary of what I am watching?

Hi,

I would like to check if my plan really fits with what I like to watch. I am wondering if there is a way for me to see what I am watching (per day, or week, etc.)?

Not that I have ever seen.

I'm guessing most would not want to know that Verizon is keeping track and storing what we are watching.
