My box rebooted ( again) by itself and the deleted programs came back to my main screen and every time I try to play them, I get an error message and when I try to delete them it causes a box reboot...looks like a bad patch was sent out...
Pixelation on "on demand" also still persists

Could be a failure of you DVR, possibly the hard drive.
