I can't play any recorded program from another set top box. I am able to see alll programs but it won't play. It used to work fine. Tried to reboot the box and it didn't help.
Another issue is with DVR recorder. When I watch live TV or recorded program, it goes black out for split second and comes back. It does it time to time.
I will really appreciate any suggestion before I make a call to Verizon.

What model DVR do you have?
Have you tried the Fix DVR Issues via the Support menu?
