fios channels

Trying to watch "normal" channels and when I press OK to see if it's part of my package, the message comes backs, "Our records indicate that you already have the required package. Programming should be available shortly." but nothing ever happens. What's up?

What are you calling normal channels?
And does this happen if you tune directly to channel or only if via guide?
