I can't turn on tv using its remote. I can get a screen when using Fire Stick to turn on tv but I can't get any channels. While the screen looks frozen, it does change to show different show options. I've tried unplugging and replugging in electric - doesn't work.
Is this a problem with the Fios box, or just your TV? Did you try changing inputs on the TV? Did you try going into your TVs menu and looking for a reset option?
