Is there no longer a checking account option for movie rentals? All I see now is that it gets charged to my Verizon acct.

Used to be use your account or a credit card.
You don't see that any more?
It used to be your account, or a credit/debit card you had associated with the account.
The only option I have now is my account, which puts Verizon on-demand at a disadvantage with other services that let you pay as you go (versus getting the bigger monthly bill).
So now there are both options again and I press "bill to my bank account on file" and they STILL add it to my bill. I don't want a $20 purchase added to my monthly bill. tThat's what my bank account is for.
I was just about to say the same thing. My bill is high enough I want it taken from my bank account that they HAVE on file.
