I am getting the same error. I had been watching VOD for the last few hours and went to switch to a new FREE program. That's when I got the VOD_126 error. I looked the error up online and a Tech stated that you had to disconnect the coax cord and reconnect...then reboot. I tried this and it still didn't correct error. Maybe there is some sort of outtage?

Thanks, I think you're probably correct that this is a system problem. Guess I'll just watch amazon...

Just finished with customer service. I'm having same problem, and am in MD, where they say they have a network problem, and s/b fixed within a couple of hours.

The tech checked the error and my circut then confirmed that I am part of an outage. I asked if he had an estimate of how long the outage would take to be repaired. He said it normally takes 24-48 hours. At least it isn't something on our end...
