I have an issue with certain channels just going out for a few seconds and then back on. WE is one of the channels and ID is the other channel. The rest of he channels are fine. What happens with these 2 channels
Does it happen on all boxes or just one?
Try checking the cable connections on the affected boxes.
yes, the connections are checked. It happens on all boxes
Did you check the connection at the ONT?
Had a problem myself a while back where I found the connection loose there.
I just had to have my box upgraded ...the cust. serv. rep told me my other old one was no longer working.
To install the upgraded one...I went thur 2 days of hell. Finally after 8 people..It got connected but now we have programs that freeze as well....they don't click out, they just freeze.
I cannot call them back and put my life on hold for another 2 days...I am beyond frustrated.
