wrong TV market coming up in roku

My roku has recently started receiving the wrong TV market for ABC, CBS and NBC recently (Fox has not as of yet). I have the roku app for each of these channels and when I run any of them and pick "live TV", the typical procedure is that it gives me some security code and a URL, I have to go to that website, enter the code, then it asks for my provider... I pick Verizon, it asks for my login (Verizon) and account password and then I get a "login success" or some such message and then I can stream live TV on the roku for that provider (or set of channels that provider owns).
Previously I was always getting my correct local market which happens to be the New York City channel. Recently, I'm now getting the Philadelphia channel as my local TV provider on the roku... so if I go in the app for that--take ABC for example, at evening news time, it will be the Philadelphia local news and then go to national news and the nighttime ABC nightime "prime time" lineup.
This has happened recently on ABC, CBS, and NBC. I sent email to ABC support and they told me it's a Verizon issue that they are giving the wrong market which is very strange given that I have to verify my identity when I login. Who in Verizon can even figure this out????? Clearly Verizon knows my market and this is ALL at my home--it's not that I'm trying to watch something on my phone or anywhere away from my house. If I go onto a TV in the same physical house that has a Fioz box, it knows and gives me the correct station. But not on roku. I tend to believe the ABC support people given that this has happened not just on ABC but on CBS and NBC as well.
Would think Verizon should care about an issue like this given "sports licensing" and not allowing one to see the wrong team broadcast in the wrong market but clearly they've recently created this problem...

I got ABC support to override Verizon's assigning the wrong geo zone to my IP but then VZ had an outage, I got a new IP and it happened again. They again over-rode it and currently it is working for that ONE network but this is not the solution and should NOT be something a consumer should have to do.
It appears VZ must be assigning IPs from a new pool of IPs to me and has their IPs in it geo-assigned wrong. CBS and NBC are STILL giving me the wrong market and am guessing if they are able to override it as ABC did, they might work again--but again, I should not have to be doing this over and over again every time VZ gives me a new IP.
I put the latest IP I was given into some geo location sites and the vast majority of them still pegs it COMPLETELY wrong. And so wrong that if the networks are using things like this, they would logically give me the wrong TV market. But they have no solution until Verizon fixes the issue and actually assigns geo-zones to IPs correctly.
