According to the Internet, WZME was sold to another broadcasting company.
On 4/1, they moved ME TV to 43.2 and added Story TV to 43.1
So unless Fios gets a deal with the new station to carry both channels, you will only have Story TV.
If it is worth anything, you should be able to catch it on an antenna.

I use Fios without a set-top box (coax to the TV).
MeTV+ was on channel 43.1 until a few days ago.
Now channel 43.1 has "Story Television".
Has MeTV+ moved to another channel or is it being discontinued?
Thanks.

Check with the station on channel 43.
I saw another post that it was moved to channel 43.2
So try rescanning your TV.

thanks for the reply.
Re-scan is the first thing I tried, and no change.
43.1 is on us-cable channel 78.
43.2 doesn't show up.
Output from my tuner:
us-cable channel 78 QAM Carrier: 549MHz
LOCK: qam256 (ss=88 snq=100 seq=100)
TSID: 0x0001
PROGRAM 1024: 11.1 WPIX-HD
PROGRAM 1025: 2.1 WCBS-HD
PROGRAM 3720: 43.1 WZME HD <<< was MeTV+, now is Story Television
PROGRAM 3788: 33.1 WJLP Me <<<< MeTV
PROGRAM 3789: 25.1 NYLFHD

A FiOS customer support agent consulted with their technical people and said this is a broadcaster issue, and that I should contact MeTV for help. I left a voice message and sent an email to MeTV.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I'm aware WZME moved METV+ to channel 43.2 so why can't Verizon carry it from there? Oh wait I know...they want more money to carry it. Don't worry about what the people want. Good job Verizon!

I don't know how Verizon manages the channels they deliver on their network or how they obtain new channels.
Maybe when WZME put Story Television in place of MeTV+ and moved it to 43.2, Verizon was unaware of the change so nothing was done.
I was surprised when the Verizon agent told me to contact the broadcaster, as I always see notices from various broadcasters saying to notify your provider if you don't get a channel.

Amazing and annoying that when I chatted for an hour with two different Fios folks, they had no idea what I was talking about - at least they feigned ignorance. I had to send a picture of the Guide showing Story TV - and they still couldn't/wouldn't give me an answer. I expect better for my $200 a month.

I too chatted with a FiOS agent and sent a picture showing Story Television was where MeTV+ was.
They first told me to disconnect/reconnect the coax cable to the TV and rescan. I replied that the same issue is occurring on multiple TVs. That's when they said I need to contact the broadcaster at the following phone number.
1-833-367-6388
I left a voice message after many rings with nobody answering, and also sent a message via this link.
Maybe if enough people complain it will be resolved.
I wish the entertainment industry would produce old shows again. š
