Tried to watch the capitals game and monumental sports Washington showed up like I wasn’t subscribed to it. I called customer service twice. The first time I was told my cable box was too old, I said but I also have a cable card and it was happening there as well. The second time they said as of March 4, 2024 Verizon no longer carries Monumental Sports Washington in ANY of their TV packages as there was a contract dispute with monumental sports. No indication of this anywhere on the web and verizon advertises all over monumental sports. Then I find out that what they told me is not true, my brother has Fios and lives in Arlington, VA as well and he has it. What is going on, why cant I get a straight answer. My plan is supposed to include this channel. It still indicates this on the website as well.
