As promised, I cancelled my Showtime subscription on FIOS today and subscribed directly with Paramountplus.
The Verizon agent was horrible. It took an hour and she got the cancellation date wrong. Then I asked her to email me a chat transcript after she promised to do that and then said it was not possible.
Because I'm a Walmart+ subscriber, it cost me $65 for the whole year. Cheaper than through Verizon plus I get ad-free Paramountplus.
