Universal remotes not syncing with Verizon arrisVMS4100 set top box

I’m looking for a universal remote to work with my Verizon Fios arrisVMS4100 set top box. I’ve tried about 4 different remotes and all of them have no problem syncing with my Samsung tv but none of them sync with my Verizon Fios arrisvms4100 set top box. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks
