From the Verizon app to the people, if you can even get ahold of anyone, the worst experience I have ever had. Your programming is hard to compare and it does not allow you any way to know which package is correct. You go into the app and get nothing but pop ups and bots. I am looking for replacements for the service because you can’t even call anyone. After 20 mins of useless information on the phone numbers you get out office is close and you can do chat! Last night I couldn’tlog in as it kept telling me the username and password was incorrect. I log into support and it tells me in order to get service I have to log in. I mean seriously do they just rely on bots and don’t hire anyone? I go to the local store and they tell me they can only help with wireless service. Verizon is pathetic
