new smart Hisense TV, cannot get Verizon to authenticate service

I just bought a Hisense TV and cannot get logged into Starz in the TV app. I subscribe to Starz as part of my TV package and Verizon just confirmed this, but when I try to log in with my provider credentials (email/password) I get a "Not Authorized " message.

Verizon claims it's my TV, but I was able to log in 2 nights ago and binge watched 5 episodes. When I returned the next night it wanted me to log in again and now won't authorize. I've tried the QR code, the website (on phone and PC) and the TV. Always get the "Not Authorized" message.

Have spoken to 2 reps today. The first one solved the same problem regarding Max.  Had me use wifi and download the app to my phone to log in. I figured that would work with the other apps and it did with MGM+, but not Starz.

Any suggestions, other that switch providers?
