1101 Error Messa

I have been getting an 1101 error message on my Media Server for some time now. I've spoken with tech support and they could not help me. I was sent another box and I am still getting the same message. The on-screen trouble hooting is displaying the following message:
1A Verizon Network Test - OOB not detected
1B In Home Network Test - OOB not detected
1C Router Test - Completed
1D Channel Test - Completed
Can anyone tell me what "OOB" or the 1101 error message means?
