ACCN and ACCNX not working on ESPN+

I spent more than 3 hours trying to get assistance watching ACCN on ESPN+ streaming. It keeps telling me this channel is not part of your TV package. Verizon Fios and Verizon Mobile both confirmed that it is part of our package. I was then transferred to ESPN+ and was told that our ESPN+ package was correct and valid and that it was the provider (Verizon) that was not allowing us to stream. It is only ACCN and ACCNX that we are having trouble with. It is absurd to spend over 3 hours on the phone and not getting this issue resolved. In addition the ESPN+ representative stated that this is an issue that other people have had and that the provider has to resolve it. I have also read online that this issue goes back 4 years and apparently has not been resolved as it is still occurring. I would like this issue fixed please so I can watch the channels I have been paying for. We also have our cable, land line, and mobiles through Verizon for many years.
