AMC+ charging but never activated

I have been a Verizon customer since 2021. Never activated the AMC+ on my account despite trying. Never received any emails about activating the service and have been charged consistently now for years for a service I cannot access. Who do I speak to about back owed refund as I am tired of attempting and want this service removed
