Access to ACCNx thru ESPN App

Tried all weekend to access the ACCNX channel via the ESPN App. It says it’s not part of my Verizon package, but that isn’t true. Verizon is saying the problem is with ESPN.  ESPN is saying the problem is with Verizon.  An older thread here suggests the issue is with Verizon and impacts customers that have been with Verizon a long time.  Anyone else having the same problem?  Can it be fixed?

Your account may need to be re-authorized. Contact the billing department and have them re-authorize your account for ALL the channels you are subscribed to.

Spoke to Verizon Fios billing and they refreshed account and channels and it did not work. Thank you.

The message that pops up still says “Unable to play video. Error: this channel is not part of your tv package.”
