I had requested to change the name on my account due to some errors and I received an email that it had gone through and received another saying I had activated Fios on another account ID yet it was received on the same email I had originally registered with. But whenever I log in it shows my old account ID and doesn't show any of my services and now I can't manage any of my services and it seems like my email is now associated with 2 different IDs.
