Audio video synch issue when using HDMI

New Mitsubishi 65" DLP having synch issues when using HDMI but not Component. DVD component out works fine.

Also, I cannot access my HDDVR STB from the web. Constantly receive a Not responding error. I have enabled Web Access on the STB, thoughts?
