Apparently BBC World News is available in 16:9 Widescreen now, instead of 14:9 that is letterboxed into a 4:3 picture. Is it possible for FiOS to pick up the 16:9 feed?

Yep! I thought Verizon was going to have all HD available. I know they have the room. I guess they will get what they can, when they can.

It's not an HD channel, but it's a widescreen one...I dont think it would cost Verizon to put the extra channel up...put it right on channel 607. They really should do it.

So is there any chance of getting the 16:9 feed? They already have the 4:3 Channel, there is no reason why there shouldn't be a widescreen feed, bandwidth isn't an issue.
