Bad Gateway 502 error

For weeks I have been trying to log into various apps which require me to log into a fios account. Each time I enter the login credentials, I get a Bad Gateway 502 error page with the letters "nginx".

It looks like a lot of others have had this issue as well, but I have yet to see a solution as to why this has been going on for weeks.

I'd give the billing department a call and have them re-authorize your account. That is usually the cause of bad credentials.
