Bad TV Controller

The mute button on my TV Controller doesn't work. I've tried it on both TV's and it is the same. I've had it just 2 months. How long is the warranty and how do I get a new one?

Call Verizon aand they will either fix it remotely or send you a new one. No problem at all. You can even order a new one on line.

the remote is free, you have to have the in home agent software downloaded to your PC.
if it's not downloaded then click the link above, and you can download it for free.
If it's already downloaded, then open the program and click on TV and then click on Remote and you will immediately see a link for ordering a new remote. its very easy to order.
