I purchased the 'Bollywood Music and Movies Package' last week. Very disappointed to find out that the channel has nothing but few very old movies and songs. I was really shocked that verizon will sell this as a TV Channel. There was no way to find the program list other than buy the channel. I could not beleive when I saw it and still I called customer support thinking I am probably watching some free movies not actually the channel I bought.
As you can imagine, I am very very disappointed.
Verizon should take this channel out from their program list. Otherwise, I am sure they will find some very angry and upset customers.
(I am stil hoping there is a chance I am not getting the right channel or I am not doing right things to nevigate to that channel. If anyone knows about this channel please reply here.)
Im sorry to hear about your disappointment for the package. It is actually not a channel, its a video on demand subscription. Once subcribed, It allows you to go into the on demand service and go into the bollywood folder and watch anything in there for free. If you are actualling tuning to a specific channel to watch whatever they are airing at that time, then you have the wrong subscription. Hope this information helps.
I agree with the OP, they are very infrequent with their changes, and you only get a handful of programs for a REALLY long time. At least refresh every week, I went a month and a half with the same programming, I ended up cancelling...not what I expected...what a shame.
I agree. I took this yesterday and I am still to find teh channel. Anthony says its VOD...... Does he know how hard it is to go to that area by surfing. I am also canceling it..
