CHANNEL 576 HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS IN THE 21209 AREA. TECH SAYS HE HAS SENT THE ISSUE UP THE LINE BUT DOES NOT KNOW WHEN THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED. ANY OTHERS HAVING THIS ISSUE AND ANY SUGGESTIONS HOW TO PROCEED

I would appreciate any help you can give. So far Verizon has been fairly unconcerned that I am paying for a channel it has not delivered in a month or so
