Could Verizon tech support visit us to solve this problem? We cannot access channels from the cable.

Hello,
We are trying to access the cable channels, but there doesnโt seem to be a way to do it. All we can see is Samsung TV, YouTube, Apple TV, and a few other options, but there doesnโt seem to be a way to access cable TV.
