Could Verizon tech support visit us to solve this problem? We cannot access channels from the cable.

Before a technician dispatch is scheduled, can you describe in detail what is happening? Maybe the problem can be solved right here. 🙂

Hello,

We are trying to access the cable channels, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it. All we can see is Samsung TV, YouTube, Apple TV, and a few other options, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to access cable TV.

Are you subscribed to a standard Fios television service or a streaming service?

Which model set top box did Verizon provide?
