Cable freezing. Unwatchable

Verizon cable keeps freezing. Unable to pause or reverse without freezing and DVR is unwatchable. Verizon replaced the set top box and freezing issue is still there. I have replaced all splitters and all coax from start to end and the issue is still there. Rebooted the set top box and the router and guess what….the issue is still there. I pay over $200 a month and my cable is unwatchable. I believe Verizon should give me some of my monthly bill back to me. If you can’t fix it, don’t charge me for it.
