Verizon has turned into a money grabbing robbery scheme. I pay them hundreds of dollars a month for tv and internet and every week I have to figure out how to get my cable to stop freezing. Nothing seems to work besides just waiting it out as I have tried every suggestion and read every solution. Itโs infuriating especially because I canโt even get a human being on the support line to help me. Iโm totally on my own stuck with this terrible service that Iโm sinking a fortune into. THANKS A LOT VERIZON. HOPE ITS WORTH LOSING ANOTHER CUSTOMER OVER

Which Fios boxes do you have? Are you having trouble with all your boxes or just one? Did you check all the Coax connections in the system? does your WiFi still work well when the cable is bad? I need a lot more info to help you.

Iโm having trouble with all the boxes. 3 of them. I have no idea how to know what kind they are. The coax cables are all fine and tight. The WiFi is fine. Nothing I have been suggested is fixing anything

And I donโt know how to fix any of this beyond the basic stuff that I have already done several times. Iโm not a cable guy so they either need to send someone out here who is or send me new equipment that isnโt junk. For all the money I give them every month I canโt believe the lack of support they give me for their bad service. Infuriating company and Iโm going to cancel my service and make sure no one I ever talk to ever signs up or does business with this company

Ok. So Wi-Fi is unaffected when television freezes up.
That tells me that the fiber optic feed from the outside is fine. If it wasn't, everything would be dropping.
Can you take a picture of each set top box and post them so we can determine which ones are there?
Pictures submitted are queued for a Moderator to inspect before they are made visible for the general public to see. You, I and others will see blank boxes until the pictures are approved.

Now, jumping ahead.
If the STBs are 4100 series units and you subscribe to a legacy Fios television service (More Fios, Most Fios...etc), if the main STB is experiencing problems, that could cascade to other STBs.
Other things to consider.
While coaxial connections are tight, if the cable was improperly prepped before the connectors were attached, that could cause problems.
There are lots of "How to" videos on YouTube that purport to show the proper way to prepare and terminate coaxial cable. Some of the videos give bad advice and should be renamed "How NOT to terminate coaxial cable".
Splitters that are not at least MoCA 2.0 can cause problems. Open taps on splitters are to be avoided.
But firstly, let's see which boxes are there.
