Can't Authorize TNT for ROKU

I have TNT on my verizon FIOS TV service, but when I try to stream it on my ROKU, it won't let me authorize access to TNT.  It keeps saying that I need a higher level of service.  How do I set up TNT on my ROKU?

Did you call 1-800-VERIZON?

customer service may be able to help.
